NEWEST! October 11, 2023 Certification Procedures (issues affecting programs leading to license and reciprocity) OMB/OIRA Review has concluded. Rules had been sent to OMB for review on September 18, 2023.
NEW! October 10, 2023 Final Regulations for Financial Value Transparency & Gainful Employment. These new regulations will become effective July 1, 2024.
